Job Overview
Join the dynamic Customer Relationship Management team as a CRM Campaign Exec and play a role in building their brand and shaping the growth of the company on a global scale.
They are seeking a motivated and energetic professional with a passion for crafting compelling email and SMS campaigns that foster lasting customer relationships and support their commercial goals.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and report directly to the CRM Manager.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring their timely delivery, and evaluating their impact on the customer base.
Your keen eye for design and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality assets, touchpoints and campaigns that reflect the brand's luxury status and drive ecommerce sales.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role you will;.
- Develop and execute customer relationship management campaigns via email and SMS channels
- Own project management for all day-to-day CRM activities and certain strategic projects
- Supporting implementation of CRM related aspects of broader cross-channel campaign and through the line activations
- Implement ongoing testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance
- Analyse and report on CRM metrics to inform future campaign strategies
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for Customer Relationship Marketing
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Some experience in Customer Relationship Marketing, with a focus on email and SMS marketing
- Background in eCommerce
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in design briefing and reviewing, ensuring top-quality output
- Experience working with agencies and freelancers is required
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with eCRM platforms, ideally Ometria (or a similar platform)
- Strong IT skills, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Some experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Figma are desired
- Experience collaborating with international teams and various company departments
- Ability to commute to their London office, three days per week
- Immediate availability for start
