    Full time
    We are hiring a plumber/handyperson to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different reported household faults and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you need to be able to diagnose/fix at least half of the following: leaks, dripping taps, toilets issues, silicone, paint, tile, lay flooring, locks, hinges, shower screen, showers, kitchen works, bathroom works ............... basically any general repairs needed for faults in tenanted properties. Our team attends a variety of jobs and so multi knowledge is needed. You will need your own various hand and power tools, plus have a car for travel purposes. Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: Conducting inspections of reported faults in properties. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Completing daily reports on work completed in a property. Taking photographic evidence of work completed. Putting together estimates of work when required. Maintenance Worker Requirements: Proven maintenance experience. Good English both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches. Strong organisational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus whilst working individually.
